Data collection on this website
Who is responsible for data collection?
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. Contact details are provided in the “Responsible party” section of this policy.
How do we collect your data?
Some data is collected when you provide it to us, for example when you contact us by email or telephone. Other data is collected automatically, or after your consent, by our IT systems when you visit the website. This is primarily technical data such as your browser, operating system or the time of your visit.
What do we use your data for?
Some data is collected to ensure that the website is provided correctly. This static website does not use analytics or tracking services.
What rights do you have regarding your data?
You have the right to receive information free of charge about the origin, recipients and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request its correction or deletion. If you have consented to processing, you may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Under certain circumstances, you may request restriction of processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Please contact us with any questions about privacy.
2. Hosting
We host the contents of our website with the following provider:
All-Inkl
The provider is ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany (“All-Inkl”). Details are available in All-Inkl’s privacy information.
The use of All-Inkl is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in a reliable website. Where consent is requested, processing is based solely on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and section 25(1) TTDSG, insofar as consent covers storing cookies or accessing information on the user’s device, such as device fingerprinting. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
3. General information and mandatory disclosures
Privacy
We take the protection of your personal data seriously. We handle it confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection rules and this privacy policy.
Personal data may be collected when you use this website. This policy explains which data we collect, what we use it for, and how and for what purpose it is processed.
Data transmission over the internet, for example by email, may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.
Responsible party
The party responsible for data processing on this website is:
Accura Metall
Owner Andre Eder
Gartenstr. 1
97659 Schönau a.d. Brend
Germany
Phone: +49 176810571 40
Email: a.eder@accura-metall.de
The responsible party is the natural or legal person who, alone or jointly with others, decides the purposes and means of processing personal data, such as names or email addresses.
Retention period
Unless a more specific retention period is stated in this policy, we retain your personal data until the purpose for processing no longer applies. If you make a legitimate request for deletion or withdraw your consent, your data will be deleted unless another lawful basis permits retention, such as tax or commercial retention requirements. In that case, deletion takes place when that basis no longer applies.
General information on legal bases
If you consent to data processing, we process your data under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR or Article 9(2)(a) GDPR where special categories of data under Article 9(1) GDPR are involved. If you explicitly consent to transfer to third countries, processing is also based on Article 49(1)(a) GDPR.
If you consent to cookies or access to information on your device, processing is additionally based on section 25(1) TTDSG. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. Where data is necessary for performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, we process it under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
We also process data under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR where necessary to comply with a legal obligation. Processing may also be based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The relevant legal basis is described in the following sections.
Withdrawal of consent
Many processing operations require your express consent. You may withdraw consent at any time. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right to object in particular circumstances and to direct marketing (Article 21 GDPR)
Where processing is based on Article 6(1)(e) or (f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time for reasons relating to your particular situation, including profiling based on those provisions. The relevant legal basis is stated in this policy.
If you object, we will stop processing your personal data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms, or processing serves to establish, exercise or defend legal claims (Article 21(1) GDPR).
If your personal data is processed for direct marketing, you have the right to object at any time to processing for that purpose, including related profiling. Once you object, your data will no longer be processed for direct marketing (Article 21(2) GDPR).
Right to complain to a supervisory authority
In the event of a GDPR infringement, you have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, particularly in the member state of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. This right is without prejudice to other administrative or judicial remedies.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive data that we process automatically on the basis of consent or a contract in a commonly used, machine-readable format, or to have it provided to a third party. Direct transfer to another responsible party is only possible where technically feasible.
Access, deletion and correction
Under applicable law, you have the right at any time to obtain free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of processing. You may also have a right to correction or deletion. Please contact us with any questions about personal data.
Right to restrict processing
You have the right to request restriction of processing in the following circumstances:
- If you dispute the accuracy of your stored personal data, processing may be restricted while we verify it.
- If processing is unlawful, you may request restriction instead of deletion.
- If we no longer need your data but you require it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, you may request restriction instead of deletion.
- If you have objected under Article 21(1) GDPR, processing may be restricted while your interests are weighed against ours.
Once processing is restricted, your data may only be processed, apart from storage, with your consent, to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, to protect another person’s rights, or for reasons of important public interest of the EU or a member state.
SSL / TLS encryption
This website uses SSL / TLS encryption for security and to protect confidential information, such as enquiries sent to us. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in the browser address and the browser’s security indicator. When SSL / TLS is enabled, transmitted data cannot be read by third parties in transit.
4. Data collection on this website
Cookies and local files
This static website does not itself set cookies or store consent in your browser. Images, PDFs, Bootstrap and the Inter font are provided locally. No analytics or tracking services are used. There is no contact form.
External services are accessed only through your active selection. In particular, the YouTube player loads only after your express consent for each playback.
Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files, transmitted automatically by your browser:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
- Hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
This data is not combined with other sources. Collection is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically correct provision and optimisation of the website, for which server log files are required.
Enquiries by email, telephone or fax
If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your enquiry and all personal data arising from it, such as your name and enquiry, will be stored and processed to handle your request. We do not share this data without your consent.
Processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures. In other cases, it is based on our legitimate interest in handling enquiries effectively under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR or on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR where requested. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
Data sent in enquiries remains with us until you request deletion, withdraw consent to storage, or the purpose for retention no longer applies, for example after the enquiry has been handled. Mandatory legal requirements, particularly retention periods, remain unaffected.
5. Plugins and tools
Locally hosted font
For a consistent appearance, we use the locally hosted Inter font. Loading the font does not establish a connection to an external font provider.
YouTube with consent
The video loads only after you explicitly click “Agree and load video” in the video modal. Before that, we load no YouTube player, preview images, scripts or other resources from YouTube / Google. Simply opening the modal does not establish a connection to YouTube.
After consent, the video is embedded through youtube-nocookie.com in enhanced privacy mode. Your IP address and other technical data are then transmitted to YouTube / Google. Processing outside the EU may take place. Enhanced privacy mode does not prevent this transmission. Further information is available in Google’s privacy policy.
Consent applies only to the current playback and is not stored permanently. Selecting “Withdraw consent and stop” or closing the modal removes the player and ends playback. New consent is required the next time it is opened. Withdrawal does not retrospectively delete data already transmitted.

Links to dealers, Instagram and other websites open the respective provider only after you select them. Their own privacy policies apply to their data processing.
